Implementation

Starting with the initial kick-off meeting, our experienced implementation team will provide professional guidance to our clients throughout the project by gathering all relevant information, including hardware and software specifications, operational workflows, and user requirements, to develop a comprehensive implementation plan. We will work closely with department heads to formulate a detailed schedule, allowing each unit to follow the plan and providing regular progress updates for monitoring the entire project's progress easily. The high stability and completion rate of our system are also guaranteed by a series of system tests, including parallel run and user acceptance test (UAT).

Apart from providing training courses with bilingual user operation manuals, we have a professional customer support team for providing timely services to our clients to quickly resolve any system-related problems.
